That’s why I want to share with you some of my favorite meals that you can prepare for your family and friends when you are on a camping trip.
2 lbs ground beef
8-10 medium potatoes, sliced
4-5 medium carrots, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
- Preheat your campfire or grill to medium-high heat.
- Divide the ground beef into eight equal parts and shape each part into a patty.
- Place a large piece of aluminum foil on a flat surface and spray it with cooking spray.
- Place a patty of ground beef in the center of the foil and add a handful of sliced potatoes, carrots, and chopped onions on top.
